My opinion of you would skyrocket if you did actually learn to dance like that.

I'm a bassist in a satanic bulletbelted blackthrash band, finally getting one of these off the ground feels great!

Since nobody here knows me I can claim absolutely anything. The implications are staggering. Except that the flipside is that nobody will care much, whatever I claim.

Well, lets get on with the thread:

I am vain.

When I was little I was deathly afraid of shiny floors and my mom had to carry me in stores that had them.

I have nightmares in which a huge iron I-beam suspended on chains is swung into my cranium, like in Terminator 2. My head does not withstand this the way a terminator's head does.

No, but that old wives tale that says if you die in your dream then you'll die for real is not true. I've died in my dreams many times. It's an eerie experience to wake up from, though. Once I had a dream I got shot in the head while in a bar, and I spent 5 minutes trying to convince people that I was still alive while they stood around and made comments about my corpse. It was an after-death-out-of-body-experience not to be believed. I kept trying to tell people I was still there, even though I could look down at my body.

So I had a dream about dying and then being in denial about being dead. Top that!

When I was 11 I started to have recurring nightmares about being tortured to death. The mostly consisted of blades, chains, and (ugh) meat hooks.

My dreams are fucking retarded.

One time, I had a dream where my friend was in a panda suit running through a field of marshmallows.

I’ve been banned from some Christmas activities in school in 9th grade because of my style. I was truly happy that day.

Really? I didn't have that kind of shit invade my dreams until I was about 30, about the time I got married. Coincidence? Who knows, but I suspect it had more to do with the content of books and movies I was exposed to at that point.

Probably. I was watching Jackass, so that's probably how I got the panda suit thing, but it doesn't explain the whole field of marshmallows thing. When I told her she said that her parents told her that dreams are the heart's desire, unfortunately, another dream I had ruined that myth.

My Dream: I was inside a volcano being chased by giant pinball, and I was running my way upward, because for some stupid reason it had stairs, and when I reached the top the pinball got stuck but the volcano was surrounded by pterodactyls.

Actually, I was responding to paleghost's meat hook comment, but it's all good.

My religious views can be categorized as "apathetic agnosticism" which, according to Wikipedia, dictates:

"Thousands of years of debate has neither proven, nor dis-proven, the existence of one or more deities (gods). This view concludes that even if one or more deities exist, they do not appear to be concerned about the fate of humans. Therefore, their existence has little impact on personal human affairs and should be of little theological interest."
