This actually looks to be very promising. The premise as I understand it is that all the un-dead or un-mortal creatures want to coexist with and stay hidden from humanity, so they hire/appoint one human to act as investigator whenever one of their kind goes rogue. It could be this year's Shawn of the Dead/Zombieland.
The grocery store scene that first caught my eye: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7qHZBEQe6SE

I also like the idea of using silver knuckles to duke it out with a werewolf.

Finally, a movie I'd like to see, it's been a while since I last went to see a movie. Not to get off subject, but I didn't see Zombieland, is it good?

Yes, it's very good. Does an incredibly good job of walking the line between humor and horror. It's an end-of-the-world zombie apocalypse with old-fashioned shambling zombies, good special effects, believable menace and a lot of laughs. Definitely worth your time.

DD: DoN doesn't really seem to have that much in common with the original comic series.
It's so much more explosive, more... Hollywood.
