I got three letters form Jake today, not really sure why they all came at once but it is nice to see his progression as he seems to be doing better in the most recent letter. It was also really nice to learn that he has made a few friends, two of which are also CTIs so they should be flying out to California with him, which will be nice.

Lol, I'm not offended, quite the opposite. I always think of myself as a girl too, it's convincing everyone else that's the hard part. Anyways, I figured I would never have a problem here. And not to sound mean, but, it's more of my RL friends\acquaintances where it matters.

That kinda sucks that you can't just say to people "Hey look I'm more comfortable like this" and people don't just accept you for you.

Aw, see if we were friends in RL, I'd be all "Oh that's great honey," then I'd give you a hug, and then I'd probably get hyper and ask you a million questions about everything, then i'd feel the need to do something overly girly with you, like go shopping or some other girly shit. (which for me is a huge stretch because I'm not a shopper, but I do like girls days out)

Officially put in my notice at work, my last day will be May 26th, a bit earlier than I had been planning but I'm just so ready to be out of here and our finances are in a good enough place to easily allow it.

So what are your plans when you move?

Jake won't be allowed to move off base until July 1st, or at least around there, and I'm not really sure if we will have a place by the time they move us (if not they will put it in storage) but it is looking like I will be going over around the third or fourth week of June, if they move my stuff before then I'm just going to go live with Momma for a week or so.

I have pretty much no plans for after that, it's been kind of hard to try and figure things out while only being able to talk to Jake with letters.
