Jonathan Aycliffe

Aycliffe is one of those ghost-story writers, and a great one at that if I may say so.

I've read Whispers in the Dark and it left me impressed. I gobbed it up in a single day (and I'm a really slow reader) and enjoyed it since the very beggining. It is one of few books that truly made my flesh crawl.

I'm now looking for Naomi's Room which is said to be even better then Whispers in the Dark.

Any comments?

He writes horror fiction, but better than Stephen King in my own opinion. His writing style draws me in from the beginning rather than waiting forever for the story to get interesting ala King.
