UO, I really think that you should sit back and think about what you say to GC before you say it, or she'll take offence... what with you being a 'biatch' and all.

tsk tsk... what a biatchy thing for me to say. My utmost sincerest (advance) apologies, GC. I don't want to be persecuted from the all righteous for the expressions of my own (honest) opinions.

Read post #116. The implication is there. Unless of course I interpreted it incorrectly, in which case, I'd like to know which two members have the reputation of being "biatches".

I think Saddiction was referring to the young lady in question's opinion of you that she has so far expressed, if not through direct turns-of-phrase, then through implication.
And a cake made of rainbows wouldn't be very good. Very watery actually.

My friends, in a stereotypical frenzy, like to classify me as being part of the gothic subculture. According them, if I am not goth, it is the same as saying I am not a girl.....which I am certain that I am.

I take a multivitamin but mostly I just eat a lot of things that have vitamin enriched content. Like soy milk is kinda like drinking multivitamins.
It doesn't really suck. What sucked was me eating cake all the time before I became vegan.

I have no problem with you or anyone else expressing their opinion. I'm the one who is always telling people to stop pretending and just be honest.
There is a difference between being honest, and just picking at phrases because this is a forum and no one can do anything about it.
Mkay?
Don't deny it. You never paid any attention to me with your "honesty" before, so don't use that as an excuse.

Forgive my ignorance, but why does being a vegan prevent you from eating cake? Because of eggs?

Oh. Well, I'm taller than she is, and could beat her up if the need ever arrived, so I'm not worried.

No need to lord your tallness over the short people Ophelia. Besides, kneecaps are quite accessible and very pain-causing.

Ah, I had forgotten that most cakes are made with milk. A basic sponge cake recipe that I use for pretty much everything cake-wise doesn't have milk in it.

Really? I've never encountered a cake that didn't need milk. Neat. It most likely still has gluten, though.

Indeed. The ingredients are butter, sugar, eggs and self-rising flour. I don't know whether any of those things contain gluten, but it's obviously still not vegan-friendly.

Since when do vegans have a thing against gluten? IIRC, it's a group of proteins found exclusively in certain grains, and has nothing at all to do with animal products.

That's a good question, actually, I mixed up gluten and gelatin. I just read on Wikipedia that some vegans eat gluten products in place of meat, in fact.

LOOL. That's what I did, too. I thought gluten was the pork thing.
