Dude, seriously: stop posting when drunk, tired, or otherwise just plain not processing currectly.

Because otherwise we're going to have to go with the concept that you're fucking retarded or something.

So, let's play "figure out what the fuck he was talking about", shall we?

Google search result for "$16,310.00 ". We're the top result; that doesn't bode well for this making any kind of sense.

$16,310.00 seems to be the inventory price for a 2008 Toyota Maxima. Not exactly what I'd call a good buy.

The city of Collingswood seems to have appropriated that ammount to repair some sewers.

It is also the quoted ammount for three-year onsite service and repair for an IBM copier starting this year. Upgrade to four-year service for only $24442.00!

So nope, not really finding anything that seems logical. No results seem to turn out linking it to the bailouts, which is my leading assumption.

who needs bill o`reilly when there is this guy?
(has fox news or some other pseudo-news agency like world net daily hired him to post propaganda on misc. web sites?)
too bad the mods deleted his posts.

It's also the price of a bunch of things on the http://www.asitest.com/cgi-bin/Maste...pl?SortBy=EQMN website.

Dammit! I'm really curious as to what it was!

My guess is that whatever it was wasn't liked by one of the moderators/admins.

i really don't care. Most likely it's in the same vein as a Sternn post except on the opposite end of the crazy spectrum.

If it's really important to him he'll repost it.

I'm thinking it may be a code or pun of some sort.
In 1337, the number is "Sigelooo".

Upon searching "Sigelooo", in addition to your thing, I also found multiple yaoi and fanfic links.

Wow, that drove you guys crazy.

Sorry, I meant to try and delete the whole thing because I wasn't sure I could post the memo the info is in or not. I can post it, it's not classified, but I have to figure out how.

Basically there's a 20 dollar part that is accidentally listed as 16 grand and change. This of course is govt money, our money, and instead of fixing the problem (which is stupidly easy) they're just telling us that if it's necessary to order it, beware of the cost. Since this item can be a "deadline item", one that keeps a vehicle from being operational, it can be ordered with little to no review.

Just trying to point out horrible govt waste. If things like this are better kept track of we could save billions and billions a year.

It's a thermostat for a truck. They usually run from 3 to 6 dollars.

We know what a thermostat is.

At least, I know that I know what a thermostat is.

Because I'm not fucking retarded.

Instead of posting a link to explain what a thermostat is, how about you post a link detailing this supposed $16k car thermostat? Because what I'm looking for out of you right now is (a) make with the funny (b) make with the apologizing for being a dumbass (or c) make with the shutting up and just drop it.

well yea i'm aware of what thermostats are - it's just that 'part' is wavering towards ambiguous.

The Government's ordering $16,310 worth of yaoi. The 'vehicle' referred to is the entire US Govt., all of whom are secretly gay and in league with The Devil.
