Fashion DIY tips and gratuitous plugs. And hair. Hair! Flow it, show it. Wait...no. That's some hippie musical. Nevermind. |

I don't like glitter. Never did. I'm not sure why, I just don't.

No, you just express yourself poorly. It's either that, or you're stupid. You choose.

I never really found makeup attractive on guys. Though some of them make it look beautiful. I think it's nice when they enhance their eyes. Some just make it look trashy though.

Not true. It began all the way back to kohl with the Egyptians. Although make-up was used by both genders, it was supposed to be a male accessory.

If you have noticed Tutankhamen's sarcophogus, his eyes are lined with kohl. Also, check out Ancient Egyptian paintings as well. Eyes are lined with kohl.

my brother has started wearing makeup...its so cute...he's all grown up...and stealing my eyeliner!
the screams of *i'm going to throttle you if you...* and *if you use my eye-shadow clean the brushes!!!* resonate through the house, like they did when we were little...

Reminds me of myself and one of my ex-girlfriends. She used to steal my make-up all the time...

Guys with well done make- up (esp. on the eyes) make me drool... ;D No, wait, that'd stain my lipstick... nevermind. *laughs*
I'm rather used to seeing guys with make- up nowadays because I work a lot on big stages where they need to use it to make their eyes show. No black eyeliner there, though. But seeing one of my friends (he's more into the "metal" look) with eyeliner and a toreador costume made me realise how little it takes to make people look both silly and extremely handsome at the same time. :P

Well said Minyaliel. Fortunately, here there is only one other type of people that wear make-up besides me, and that is the kids wearing insane clown posse t-shirts down to their knees, and wearing black eyeshadow. So, I virtually have no competition, thus I am happy.

I like eye makeup on guys. Lipstick really depends on the person and situation, even as a female I never wear lipstick. Foundation is fine as long as I don't notice it (that should be true for any gender!). And nail varnish is always nice.

I love lipstick. I have alot to work with too because my lips are rather big. Haha. Do they sell dark purple lipstick in stores? I was never able to find any. Maybe I'm not looking hard enough.

Hey, don't speak for all of them. But there certainly are a lot of "emo" kids here these days, eh?
Anyway, I must confess I don't particularly care for eye makeup on males. Well, if it's worn right and it suits the guy and the outfit, it can look very nice. Most people who do it just slap on some black liner to match their Tripp pants though....no disrespect to the Tripp-wearers out there.

Makeup on fine male specimens is the sort of thing that weakens my defences against lustful attraction.
This is a good thing.
Though the same rules apply to men as they do women: it should always be tastefully and properly applied, or it will look like shit.

Just a light amount of eye-liner on guys are okay. Sometimes nail polish, but I don't really like much more.

Make-up on guys should be limited with eyeliner, eyeshadow, foundation, lip gloss, and blush to only define the cheek bones. In my opinion.
