Well, you are more than welcome to think I am lying. Oh well. I don't tend to lie, but do you know me? Nope, so I have no proof. As far as flunking my major is concerned, I am not. I have a solid B in my composition class. I never said I was perfect, nor will I ever. I just know that I probably won't talk to you anymore because I didn't join this forum to get bitched at.

cinaria, we have some very accomplished flame artists here. The two best (in my opinion) are Sanctus and GeishaGirl. Which one is number one depends on which one is having a crappy day. I probably ought to mention some other folks here, but I was checking name spelling and realised I'd have to consider people I haven't seen for a while, and I'd tick someone off for forgetting them.
Anyway, I get away with a ... once in a while, but I'm always aware of how it looks. Not because I'm worried about being flamed, but because I know that it is more certain that I will be clearly understood. And also because, if my writing is easier to read, people are more likely to read them and be interested in responding.
For what it's worth, this is a gothic LITERARY site, so folks around here take sentence structure, grammar, punctuation and spelling pretty seriously. In fact, you'll find most members don't mind if you do or don't wear black or listen to Manson. But misspell a lot of words, drop a lot of periods across the screen or engage in too many run on sentences, and you will hear about it. Thought I'd give you fair warning.
Oh, and stay away from the l33t speak. It makes peoples eyes bleed!
