Vyvian...I really really REALLY think you need to stop taking goth so seriously. If you want friends, make some. I keep reading you saying how you "have no goth friends." Tough. Plenty of us have no goth friends. It's not a big deal. Try looking for other qualities in friends. Say, honestly, loyalty, humor...anything.

goth friends, finding some, would be an accomplishment to me...Well, I just mainly feel tired of having nongoth friends who don't understand...I know not everyone's like that but...eh, not sure how well I can describe it.

Good goth, Bloopie, I think not should you determine you're better or more complex then I just from reading my posts and determing that I care only about how much people love me. I would, though, like to reframe from flaming all the time on Gothic.net; as I see you think only of doing such most of the time.

I know how you feel. I joined gnet so that I would find some people to talk to about the 'gothier' side of things. My non-goth friends are wonderful, and they mean the world to me, but, as you say, some things they don't understand. Although, that might have nothing to do with whether or not they're goth. It could just be because everybody's different.
Keep your chin up! I really hope you find some good friends (goth or otherwise) soon.

God, I was also attacked for that word I made up 'Ghoot' geezus...then Bloopie takes quotes from here and embaresses me on the other boards. I've already ignored him, but continually (though I blame myself) I continually feel pressured to click 'view post'-so it's really not been enjoyable with him at all. He insults me for loving goth culture and then accusing me of lying and then finally the 'no one loves you' tag. It's unbearable...
