Those are all bush-era initiatives.
The current administration is not moving forward with or delegating funding for any of those.
Also note, there are a dozen right-wing commentators calling the president a nazi on telly for the past week. They haven't been called terrorists yet, but again, thats because this is a different administration.

It's good to not back down when you have beliefs that have a good foundation, but when they don't, it's best to admit your beliefs are wrong and back down before things turn from "You're wrong." to "Oh, you're so stupid, shut up, just shut up.".
