Movie trouble
I'm very pissed off at youtube for removing the 4th part of The Vampire Lovers, effectively preventing me from enjoying the movie in full. I consequently downloaded it in the form of seven .rar files, but I can't seem to open them... it gives me no reason why other than saying "errors=2". I'm opening with unrarx.
Can anybody help me? If not, consider me merely to have vented some annoyance.

Sorry, technology hates me. I will be submitting a quote that demonstrates what happens to me with technology.
On a simular note, people aren't submitting the full episodes of The Young Ones, damn them, I missing funny shit here!!! I love that show to death, I'd watch all 12 episodes over and over again for the rest of my life.

MegaUpload isn't bad for speed, but I used to get tons and tons of fakes.

Also, in regards to the actual OP, check the size of each of the files you downloaded. Sometimes you'll download something, and it'll only download part of the .RAR file, and it won't open / extract. That's the most common problem.

I've run into that too. I use a program called RAR Extract Frog. It works well, but you get those kinds of errors if the file you've downloaded is incomplete or corrupted. That can be a problem with the download process, the hosting server or even the original uploader's archiving process.
As Duckman said, check file size. If you continue to have trouble extracting the files from the RAR source, find a different download source that hosts a different file size, since a lot of these corrupted files keep showing up on multiple servers.

The most effective way of getting it in a proper quality and without annoying interrupts or removed links would be to buy the actual DVD(s)

I missed this originally. Man, I remember that quote. That show is the shit. I could watch some of The Young Ones every day and be quite happy.
