The line between perversion and sex can be found in any activity where at least one of the parties involved hasn't consented to it.

Another fine line between sex and the point where you should seek help is when you're unable to enjoy sex without your specific kink/fetish. (damn, it's hard to type when you're handcuffed behind your back and can't remember where you left the keys)

Personally I don't attridute any particular value to something being termed a perversion per se. I only think it's wrong when one or more of the people involved is 1. unconsenting 2. under age and legally unable to consent or 3 is unable to maintain control of their behavior, like masturbating in public or voyuerism.

Of course some would argue that anything out of the ordinary would be a wrong. Some people, even my friends would think that some of my fantasies are just plain odd. But ultimately it all really comes down to each person's own comfort level I guess.

Here's the thing - the above mess of nouns and verbs, properly sorted and translated into some coherent language, is actually a true story. There is a trio of friends I have been part of since I was about fourteen. I am the Evil Wombat, generally considered by those who've known me that long to be a bit on the repressed side.
