Hi! New guy.

Hi, I'm new around these forums.

1. I like reading, sleeping, writing, swimming and listening to music.

2. I am from the Philippines. Yeah, pretty far away, huh?

3. I particularly like Storm Constantine

4. I like all of the Saw movies, Click, Shrek 2 and other things I can't remember as of the moment.

5. I want Some Sick Dream by Seraphim Shock to be played at my wedding

6. And I want Heaven's a Lie to be played at my funeral (even though I sure hope it isn't!)

7. How do I want to die? Well, I'd want to die on my deathbed, old and tired.

8. Didn't really want a casket. Always wanted to be cremated.

9. I like my combat boots, jeans, studded belt, runny stockings for the arms and a few trinkets here and there.

10. I miss the time I could have used doing better things.

11. Seraphim Shock

12. Right now I'm still a freshie at college. Taking up entrepreneurship.

13. I like it here!

14. I'm a guy.

You don't see too many goths over here, because most of the population is really conservative and I have friends who even stereotype me as being a satanist when I'm not. I have a few friends like me, and I have other open-minded friends who accept me for who I am. I really like this site and the people really look interesting and seem sincere.

Anyway, heading off to bed. Got an early day at class.

You seem interesting and intelligent. So, what exactly are you considering doing with an entrepreneurship? Anyway, welcome to the forums.

I, as well, am curious as to what your internship is for. Please tell me. *Waiting anxiously by the computer*

Well, yes they do get boring after awhile, but if they did change them, what would they be?

1. How did you find this site?

2. How did you come up with your user name (don't bother with "all the cool ones were already taken")?

3. What fictional character would you most like to meet and why?

4. What are your nightmares like?

5. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

6. Do/Would you carry an organ donor card?

7. This IS a gothic website, so... how do you want to die? (I like this question)

8. If your home was on fire what 3 objects would you rescue (presuming your family and pets are safe)?

9. A rich person and a poor person commit the same type of crime. The rich person is fined $10,000 while the poor person is sent to jail for one year. Is this fair?

10. What are your favorite bands?

11. Name at least on illusion about life you have had shattered...

12. What do have to offer us?

13. Are you a goth?

Yes! I totally agree with you now that we should change the questions Morrigan_Dubh. But how does one go about doing this?

I doubt they will be changed. The ones in places seem liek a marketing survey to me, which would fitin with the agenda of the site admin...

Well maybe they could add some of those on there, which would make me want to repost my introduction again.

Haha, I like 'em. We could ask them personally to each newbie while we see if they would change them.

Oh, and Storm Constantine?
Hell yea!
Androgynous magic superhumans for the win!

Sorry for the late reply and all. Had a full day at school. Well, in entrepreneurship they teach you how to put up your own business and how to manage it in the best possible way. Basically what's in an MBA, kinda.

I'll humor you guys just for the sake of it.

1. I found this site while shopping online for some clothes at ipso-facto.com

2. Well, I was thinking of something along the lines of this name even before I signed up, and it kinda showed up in one of my art books so I picked that!

3. Right now I'd really like to meet Salad Fingers.

4. My nightmares are of loved ones dying and good friends turning on me. Not fun.

5. I see myself running my business, still acting the way I do now and probably preparing for marriage...?

6. Uh, hm. Since I AM going to get cremated may as well donate some of my organs right?

7. Old and tired on my deathbed.

8. My laptop, my blanket, my pillow.

9. I can't say if it's fair or not since it isn't my place, but they both should definitely spend time in prison.

10. Right now it's Seraphim Shock, Lacuna Coil, Rammstein and Siouxsie and the Banshees.

11. I know it kind of sounds cliche, but I really did feel that I had to conform just to be happy. I didn't know that I could go about things my own way and feel a really deep sense of fulfillment from it all.

12. I offer you my soul...?

13. Going by what I see myself as, hell yes!

Yeah, I fell in love with Storm Constantine's Wraeththu, so now I'm trying to find more of her works because she is an AMAZING writer.

Ipso-Facto! That is where I shop (literally: I live 20 minutes away from the store).
And I love Lacuna Coil too!

What kind of writing do you...uh..write?

Welcome.

HP, can I call you that for short? It's ipso-facto is like my favorite online store, and its awesome that you live so close to it. I have to buy my stuff online. Argh!

Well, I do like writing fantasy stories. I got a few stories down at literotica.com too. Been working on a story right now for the past... 6 months, haha.

Thanks for the welcome Morrigan, I think I'll like it here indeed!

Well, I guess it's just something sentimental for me. If not my pillow and blanket then maybe a couple photos and a jacket. OR, my electric guitar, my bag and my laptop.

Now I see where those new questions came from that irked me so much in past posts.

I haven't listened to Seraphim Shock in years. Maybe I should make a point to do that.

Welcome to the boards.

I like the idea of changing the questions...They do get a little boring. Maybe we could keep some of the old, basic questions so we get basic info about the n00b and use the new ones to knwo who they more realistically are. Did that make sense?

Anyways, welcome...even if you aren't really new anymore.

Yes, better late than never. If you're going to live in my sock drawer, that's fine, but can you please try not to snag my fishnets and funky hose? They were rather expensive...

Ps. I have an extra pillow if you want!

Edit: My sock drawer isn't in my closet, btw. It's in my beautiful antique tallboy chest of drawers.

I was gone for two days, meh.

And yes you have a right to worry about your expensive fishnets and funky hose because by the time you get to them you will notice that they now have a waist line of size 32 inches. x)
