I was a part of the SCA when I was at University.
It is a world-wide thing. I went to Sydney Uni in Australia.

I was trying to light a candle in the living room with a match, but because of the angle at which I was holding the match the flame burned my thumb and nail. My nail turned black and crusted on the tip, so I scratched it off. Then, it was this weird white colour. I trimmed it with some scissors (first thing that I saw), but it smells terrible! I should stop sniffing it xD I wonder if this is what burnt hair smells like? They are made from the same thing. . . ::rubs chin::

Wow. I think my worst burn was when I tried to use this blackfly-afterbite-contraption, which was basically a small incandescent bulb behind a screen, the theory being that the heat would kill any poison in the bite and make the itch go away. My aunt, who owned the thing, told me to hold it on until I couldn't stand the pain anymore, and then take it off. 20 minutes later, I discovered that I had burnt a hole in my leg where the blackfly bite used to be.
But it did make the itch go away.

Hahaha, good job.
My worst burn was from boiling water. My arm was scabbed over for weeks. It was my entire arm from the elbow to the wrist. Terrible experience. Yet, I am without scars. . .
And silly Humane, I didn't name myself after THAT kind of pyre :P Though, of course, everyone thinks so regardless.

I just spent a bunch of time on ***********.com. Found it by accident, really. And that site is SO lame. Not only that, but all the Georgians were ugly. ::whines:: And there are all of maybe 5 actual goths on that site, if even. Complete waste of my desperate, single time.
