Oh yeah, the sentimentality should be there, except that if I had a lovely woman who appreciated such stuff it would be purple and black paper (two of my favorite colours together). I am also prone to doing spontaneous acts of being all romantic and gushy. Spontaneity is the spice of life, I believe.

Black and purple, my favorites too. Until here you sound like the perfect man. Must be a trap somewhere then.

Yeah, the love has to be there, after all it's fecking called "making love".

I believe it's just a fake name found so people will be fooled. I mean, for sex you don't really need sex. A little bit of sympathy is fine enough. For most occasions I mean.

Oh yeah, the "at least" was completely meant to be if you don't shag that often, then you might as well not have got married, eh? I have quite a healthy "appetite" so to speak. Once while meeting a lady I met on the internet, in Chicago, we didn't come out of the hotel room except to eat breakfast or dinner (she introduced me to sushi) and to do a "couple thing" like go see a movie together. So except for sleeping, eating and the 3 hours it took to get to the theater and watch the movie and get back, we "slept" together for nearly 3 days.

Exactly what I need now. I hate you. My sexual life is just lame. When existent at all *cries again*

*As long as you don't ask me anything other than "Do you know how to do belt loops?".

Well, that was the first question after all, do you know how to do belt loops?
Can belts and theirs loops be used for bondage?

The loops could be used as a way of restraining your partner.

And if you have any spare belts...well, the rest is obvious.

a song dedication for Lady Victoria Pareesis...

;-P just feeling romantic today...

Personal Jesus - Depeche Mode

This was inspired by Priscilla Presley's book Elvis And Me, where she described their relationship.

Martin Gore: "It's a song about being a Jesus for somebody else, someone to give you hope and care. It's about how Elvis was her man and her mentor and how often that happens in love relationships & how everybody's heart is like a god in some way, and that's not a very balanced view of someone, is it?"

Reach out and touch faith

Your own personal Jesus
Someone to hear your prayers
Someone who cares

Your own personal Jesus
Someone to hear your prayers
Someone who's there

Feeling unknown
And you're all alone
Flesh and bone
By the telephone
Lift up the receiver
I'll make you a believer

Take second best
Put me to the test
Things on your chest
You need to confess
I will deliver
You know I'm a forgiver

Reach out and touch faith

Reach out and touch faith

Your own personal Jesus
Someone to hear your prayers
Someone who cares

Your own personal Jesus
Someone to hear your prayers
Someone who's there

Feeling unknown
And you're all alone
Flesh and bone
By the telephone
Lift up the receiver
I'll make you a believer
I will deliver
You know I'm a forgiver

Reach out and touch faith

Your own personal Jesus

Reach out and touch faith

Your own personal Jesus...

You gotta love that song...

Reminds me of a quote from Milton about Adam & Eve's relationship... (Please forgive any accidental paraphrasing!)

"He was for God created, and she for God in him."

Aren't we all gloriously off the original topic here..?

*sighs contentedly*

Perhaps 'belt loop' could become slang for something....

Any offers?

(I don't know why, but lately I seem to be suffering a strong urge to subvert the Oxford English Dictionary... Surely that can't be normal..?)

Yes, I am quite the hopeless romantic type, constantly believing that I will find my soulmate and we'll live together in happiness. So the sappy love songs get me all the time and Depeche Mode have made quite a few... I think their best is "Somebody" from Some Great Reward.

Three days of non-stop partying? I hope you made it home okay... it's those kinds of parties where you get home and wonder "how the hell did I make it home?" or at least the good ones I went to always were.

"Hmmm, I remember drinking... a lot... I remember where I slept while I was away... how I got home though, I have no clue." Now that is an end to a grand party.

Oh well, take care of yourself and see you soon, back on the forums here, after you've recovered.

It was more of the party like:
"I've done that???... Oh my god, I did that too??? Oh please don't tell me I did that as well?"
"It's amazing that I remembered where I live" and "I wonder if there is still some blood in my alcohol"
