Knox Gelatin
As my mohawk has very recently made a reappearance, I was wondering if anyone know the procedure/any tips for using knox instead of hairspray? I find that hairspray is a little too weak, and would like to be able to have it survive a night of hard partying.

To make this more general, feel free to viciously debate the ethical ramifications of using an animal by product to have badass hair.

This reminds me that I need to find the recipe for Knox Blox. Now that's a fun snack.
I remember a news article about a guy who got fired for making a mohawk with spikes by super-gluing his hair. It was a semi-permanent do and the company also considered it potentially dangerous. Made me laugh at the time.

Per another page, "The best way I'd say is to get flavorless KNOX gelatin mix. You just mix it with some water till it looks like snot, and then put it in the microwave so it melts. When you take it out you comb it through and blow dry. This works for days if you do it well enough."
And per another page, "1) Knox unflavored gelatin ( IT WILL HOLE YOUR HAIR FOR DAYS! To use it all you do is mix the water and powder stuff and heat it up in the microwave. Duh, dont let it boil. Then let it cool for a second then put it in your hair. It should be kinda thick and runny, almost like snot. If you let it sit out it will dry, so put in the mirco again. To store it, just stick it in the refrigerator. When you want yo use it again just put it in the microwave again.) "
