Music Finally, an entire forum devoted to talking about Doktor Avalanche, the drum machine for the Sisters of Mercy. You can talk about other bands, or other members of that band, too, if you want to be UNCOOL. |

But really, I've no use for anyone who doesn't appreciate the godlike majesty of Bowie!
Have you seen this site? http://areaology.com/area.html
It's hilarity, awesomeness, and Bowie worship all wrapped up in one, er, Package.

I'm in a weird place with Bowie, I can sometimes listen to him for hours and sometimes if he comes on my shuffle I have to skip it. I used to think I had to 'be in the mood' for him but it seems like a random thing.
However I always recognise the insane influence he's had on every band and artist I love since and even for only that reason the man is a god.

Package /rofl
Gods, makes me think of Bowie in Labyrinth...
Methinks his dong was dancing more than he was in "Dance magic, dance".
@ Lord Watton: I agree. Sometimes I Bowie on my iPod and I could listen to him for hours, other times I skip his songs.
But you're right. Bowie is a God.

Nice to see another CoX fan. I saw them perform in Orlando about a year ago; I was so excited that they came to the States.

Thanks for checking it out! The debut album should be out by Halloween...I hope.
If you like the key/synths you might enjoy my other music project, "revideolized" www.revideolized.com and or www.myspace.com/revideolized
it is an all instrumental project I've had since high school. My latest album "Sounds From The Canyon" was recorded live on location in my favorite canyon...
