You're clearly here just to milk the boards for fashion advice. Perhaps you'd be taken more sincerely if you at least feigned interest by posting an introduction.

Sorry. I'm all about patches and rips as well as making vests out of jackets.

Go to a store that has victorian costume patterns and sew them up.

If not that, the best thing I can tell you is go thrift store shopping and rit dye all your shit black.

hummmmmmm- why do ppl have to be negative

negativity just breeds hate an there is to much hate in this world
oh no im sounding like a emo ....... lol

the viciy look is hard to pull off but heres a few ideas
one: to get the laced top look get a rivet hole gun from your local haberdasherie
( marieral and sewing supply shop)
there not that much but worth buying get a old top from a charity shop cut the back or front or even the sides you can even do all 4 if you wish
rem all the cuts and sew in a backing section if you wish to stay covered up
get your gun and your hole rivets and rivet them in at 1 inch spacings then lace them up with laces or ribbins up to you an you have a laced upper grarment

you can do this on jeans leathers skirts even your bloody socks

hope this helps

You may want to start taking a look at post dates, this thread died in '08 and the original poster has long since left.
