There's also the other funny bits.
I'm a soldier, and she's a pacifist.
I'm an athiest, and she majors in religion.
And then there's our diets...
But she's adamant that we aren't dating, so whatevs.

The question is: Does she let you put it in her butt?
That's really what's important here.

Make a fuss. The left is too quiet, you need to be loud and vocal.
For organizations to support, there's always NARAL: http://www.prochoiceamerica.org
You should also look around locally to see if there's any smaller organizations to support, or even places where you can connect with people who are passionate about this. Women's resource centers, feminist collectives, even a Stitch N Bitch might be a good way to find other people who are involved.

I don't believe in diets, that's just silly! Diets don't work!
I kid.
Also, majoring in religion doesn't mean you believe in it. I wish I could talk to my husband about the hypocrisy abundant in religion. Alas, he 'believes'(kinda) and takes much offense to my playful jabs.

Thankfully Saya is a Buddhist(IIRC?) and is less prone to the hypocrisy than most religions I've seen. Or maybe I haven't known enough assholes who were Buddhist?
Saya, you can still do anal if you're on top so that doesn't really answer the question Desp was asking...

You haven't met enough asshole Buddhists XD I met like one or two in person that I liked.
And by top I meant I'm a giver, not receiver.
And I think I just got trolled into conceding that we're dating, thanks Gnet.

You're welcome.
Also: I assume that Versus is a power bottom. In light of this, it IS possible for you two to go shit-wrinkle to shit-wrinkle with a little planning and some minor acrobatics.
I demand pics, & distribution rights to those pics. I got Versus to stop being pro-life, so you OWE ME.

A big problem in the states is that the Cold War has kind of neutered the left. People are still utterly terrified of communism (note how much "socialist" is slung around as an insult in modern politics, but never "oligarch"). The U.S. left is more like a moderate right, and the far left is utterly pushed to the sideline. Socialists are evil and horfhorfhorfed at, while libertarians are good, hard-working kids with a good head on their shoulders (even though a lot of them demand we abolish child labor laws).
There are other issues at work, this is one of the ones that pisses me off the most.

I did not know this about Libertarians, Doobz. I know one person who lives in New York that sides with Libertarians and shoots down any accusations of Libs being bad or evil. What are some sources of unbiased info on them that tell the good and bad?
I have considered our government a form of oligarchy for some time. How old are most of the Senate and House members? Seeing senile people serving in the government just strikes me as wrong. When are we going to start replacing them with younger people who are not set in their ways? There was something Maelstrom(he was a stickler for telling people to do their own damn research and back up their statements) said back in the day that caused me to look it up and it fits our country rather well.
I don't get why socialism is seen as evil, either. People seem to get it mixed up with fascism, dictatorship or communism.
