I can't eat junk food and lose weight.
Fuck the world and it's "logic". I want to be slim while scarfing down on a diet of chips and candy! I want to drink so many caffeinated beverages that my blood turns to Cactus Cooler, and by so doing build abs of rock and buns of steel! I want high, pert, small breasts while dining on burgers and chocolate peanut butter ice cream!
Why isn't this working?!

Oh, it'd be nice to be able to lose weight that way, but you can't... wait that reminds me... the 6 month thing started out good, but I fucked up and had 3 liters of soda in the last 3 days.

*sigh* if only Pineapple, if only. I work with a woman who can't seem to put weight on! I've said we need a fat transplant and she laughed and said yes because she looks like Belsen victim ( she is very skinny ) . She eats shitloads of food but has so much nervous energy that she just burns it all off.
I'll take some of her energy and she can have some of my fat to make tits and ass haha!

Soda is bad news. On top of the calories, it screws up your metabolism, so they say. If you're going to improve your dietary habits in only one respect, start there.

You can definitely eat crap and lose weight.
I've dropped about 20 pounds in the past month and a half...and I eat ice cream literally every single day.
It's all about budgeting and portion size.

Yeah but again, portion sizes. I have crazy metabolism so yeah I can eat huge portions all day long, but if it were slower I'd just eat smaller portions.

Fruit, Low fat popcorn...I dunno but eating late isn't good for you...After supper you should drink alot of water to curb any hunger you might get later on.

Popcorn is pretty good so long as it isn't extra butter.
Eggs.
Lean meat.
Avoid carbs late at night--go for protein.

Nuts are still good though since they are high in protein. I was under the impression that avoiding carbs at night doesn't make enough of a difference to really matter when losing weight.

Duane a good way to lose tummy fat to do palates..but since your a guy why don't you just do weight lifting?

Unless he has a special medical condition, yes it is that simple.
He bitches constantly about not liking his body, but very VERY rarely mentions getting off his ass.
And NO, you can't just lift weights. All you'll do is add bulk without losing any fat.

Are you guys kidding? Nuts are ALL fat, they are certainly not diet food, to have them before you go to bed when you can't work it off would be the worst thing to do and it wouldn't be any wonder your diet is working. If you get hungry at night, you want something like rice cakes, they're moreish and very low on calories. As for losing your stomach fat, doing toning exercises like sit ups won't help much, you're just building muscle underneath a layer of fat. You need to do cardio.

I have been doing cardio, 20 minutes of it in the morning. Starting today, I'm also going to start walking home everyday, also walking to work. So that's 4 miles, 8 counting the time on the nordtrack.
