Bargain!

Well, inspired by a little talk I had with a fellow G'netter in the Alien Sex Fiend thread or the music forum, have you ever gone to a place to purchase your unecessary needs only to find the most fantastic bargains on something you didn't quite expect?

I'm pretty sure it's happened to all of you!

Post here and brag about it!

Well, for one, I found a batch of DreamTheater CDs in JB Hi Fi for only ten freakin' dollars each!

Woah!

Isn't that amazing? Your turn....

Paint brushes; ten for 90c, even if they're amazingly poor quality at that price I couldn't turn them down.

Hay? I think human hair stolen from the floor of a nearby hairdresser. Haven't even taken them out yet got them yesterday and as of yet no will to paint.
More musical bargains Powerslave - Iron Maiden for $12, unsure if it counts considering it's second hand. Oh well I'm happy.

Toodle Oo for tonight, promised a game of C&C Generals with a friend.

I bought G-Unit's Beg for Mercy for only $6.99 (sadly, I hate it with all my heart).

EDIT: I bought it from iTunes, by the way.

I bought some awesome bohemian shirts for $12 dollars each, at H&M. That whole store is very affordable with cool
styles.

There's this CD-store in my town that sells mostly ethnic music, and they always have one rack of very cheap CD's (I think it's 1,5 euro if you buy one CD, 5 euro for 5 CD's). They just put all the crappy CD's up there, but sometimes you find rather nice stuff. I accidentally discovered one of my favourite CD's there: I'd never heard of the band before, but the cover looked cool and I felt like taking a risk. It turned out to be very catchy electro-pop-like music with a certain raw edge that I particularly like.

Oh, and I bought a one-of-a-kind handsewn Victorian dress with a train and everything on some second-hand clothing-site and it only costed 40 euro, I totally love it!
