I hung out at Earth Day a few weeks back, had to dance all day. Got a sunburn in spite of repeated SPF'in m'self.
Someone yelled at me, yelled that I am a hippie.
Only now, 8 days later, did it hit me that someone wearing patchouli at earth day called me a hippie. I wonder what his unbathed point of reference must have been.

You don't need dreams to do things. Time is generally an illusion. Planning the future, remembering your past. The only thing solid is what's happening as it happens. The present. Not having goals for the future doesn't fuck up your present. If you're doing nothing now, that fucks up your present.

Work totally sucked today. It's a depressing how one messed up site can ruin your whole day. Multiple meetings all day long with multiple vendor companies all trying to isolate the cause and at the same time avoid the blame in front of a customer, with their own half dozen people in attendance who are also trying to avoid the blame. I am fricasseed.

Sooooo that guy that I was seeing for a little while last summer until I found out he had a girlfriend...yeah, he messaged me on facebook the other night, made small talk....for a few hours, and he was saying how sorry he still was that he lead me on like that, I said not to worry, I'm totally over it...and he invited me over to a barbecue this weekend, and I said I go. Now I'm thinking better decisions have been made, its going to be an uber awkward barbecue.

You wouldn't be the first person to make note of this. I think it was either Gothicus or JCC who mentioned this a while back when... I don't know, I think some girl broke up with Jillian, maybe KK... don't remember entirely. Same thing happened, though.
