I need to take pictures of my things.
I think you've all seen my jacket in some pictures already.
I'm not sure if you have seen my vest, though.
And there's these pants I put studs around the pockets and a stencil with an anarchist flag that says "No Gods No Masters", a Situationist International patch, and I tried to fix a hole by sewing read fabric, only beneath it, so I just put some safety pins on it.

And right now I'm working on another vest. I took Kontan's advice some time ago, got a denim girl's jacket, ripped the arms off, and I just colored it purple today. Only I'm not a fan of leopard and zebra print, so it's gonna be studded and patched instead.

I'm more on the completist-side of DIY (i.e. I've had it in my head for about five years now (and it's receding I promise) that if I can't sew, I shouldn't bother to DIY), but I've been learning knitting and I just made my own simple yarn falls.

I just customise stuff really, but I have a few things to show.

http://img516.imageshack.us/img516/2619/teedp4.jpg

I painted on the design (excuse the face!). I don't have it anymore because the fabric paint came off in the washing machine. But if I had a T-shirt of much smoother fabric, I'd definitely do something a bit more elaborate.

I also did the same design for a bag.

Last of all, I used a scrap piece of velvet and a keyring my nan gave me to make a choker. I have a similar necklace, but the picture of the Virgin Mary has gone a bit funny.

Nothing to do with goth or anything, but I am proud of this. I was bored and I decided to carve a woman's face into the surface of a thick smooth seashell I had lying about. The shape of the shell was sort of like a face and hair anyway so I elaborated on it. I did this with a dremel electric hand drill.

That's really awesome. I respect anyone who can make art with a dremel.

Agreed! I didn't realise you could do stuff like that with a dremel.

Hmm... when I was doing those I kind of had this image in my head, and it seems to have been Haunted House's trousers. Ah well. Sorry for the copy!

LiUsAiDh - wow, you look really cute. That third outfit, with a little bit more work, will be absolutely stunning.

I just got back into beading!

I'm in the process of making several long beaded necklaces that hopefully will be sturdy, as all my jewelry has decided to break on me all at once. Nothing too fancy, but it gives me something to do.

I'm also taking on Mina Harker's long coat from League of Extraordinary Gentleman, and as I'm starting on it in August, it will be done by the time it gets cold. Hoping Halloween, as then I can wear it

Anyone have any tips on working with velvet?

More glow in the dark skull beads! These chaps are going to be posted off to the US as they're for Korinna (she asked ages ago but I've only just been able to get more glow in the dark clay). When I've got the money for it I'm going to get a shitload of Glow clay, and make a whole necklace full of them with bone shaped and plain black bead separaters

Clicketyclickme!
