I got an IPhone, a hoodie from the local head shop, some gift cards, some money, and a couple odds and ends.

Yeah any gal who can put up with me for 15 years deserves a medal And ear plugs for my gift lol.
As for the Bach quote if you've never read him I highly recommend his works. He is a philosophy fiction righter with some religious overtones, but some of the greatest life lessons type common sense statements I've ever read. I especially liked the book Illusions: Journeys of a Reluctant Messiah. The Messiah's Handbook is a book within the book that can be quoted in it's entirety. Really great little life quotes like this one.
Glad you had a good Xmas as well!

I got a new camera (seems to be a popular gift this year), which is a bit over due as I have had this one for at least seven years, I also got some rather lovely velvet creme wash which is rather luxurious, can be used as both a body wash or for a bubble bath and is by far the best bath product I have ever used as well as the usual Christmas candies, trinkets, and some gift cards.

Maybe you were better in RL that you were here? Because I seem to remember you being pretty naughty from time to time. LOL!
Actually, that's a very cool gift!

I'm pretty sure people in RL are just used to my levels of naughtiness and were grateful for whatever respite they got this time! Yeah, I'm so excited about it. Our friends preloaded it up with great effects and sounds, especially "Cure sounds". I feel loved.

I got three XBox games out my girlfriend's family.
Plus all three series of Primeval, because I like shit TV shows.
Other than that, new boots, bottle of Malibu, tshirt, (nice) underwear, lots of liquorice and vegan chocolate and The Watchmen.
Oh, also cake cups with skulls and crossbones.

A box of chocolates, a furry vest, a dark green sweater dress, a Christmas ornament, and a box of hot cocoa. Not the most impressive haul: we're all a bit below the poverty line this year, I actually wrapped groceries up with the children's actual presents to ensure a properly impressive looking mound of gifts. They were too young to know the difference and I am old enough to know that the real present is being together with your family. Events like holidays, be they really happy or a real disaster, usually end up memories that generate copious amounts of nostalgia as you get older.
