Welcome?

What can I say, i'm new....
Well, I'm 15 and I live in Melbourne, Australia. My hobbies are reading, listening to music (preferably European female-fronted metal), writing (when I manage to motivate myself enough ((not often))) playing World of Warcraft and spending time with friends (when they're free, I'm always the one with nothing to do :'( )

Well, there's a portion of my life-story....sorry to bore everyone....

Rose Rouge Sang means 'Blood Red Rose' in French. When in doubt pick a name and write it in French . But according to one of my friends I used bad grammar. Oh well, I'm stuck with the name and I use it for everything now.

Welcome fellow Victorian! I'm from Apollo Bay myself. What part of Melbourne are you from? I've got a lot of family there, especially in Surrey Hills and Fitzroy.

I have friends in Clayton, and a grandmother in Mt. Waverley. That's sort of East I guess... I really don't know Melbourne very well, haha.

Apollo Bay is on the Great Ocean Road, between Lorne and Warnambool (sp?). Beautiful beaches.

Welcome, roserougesang, and thank you for the introduction. I don't know about the grammar or translation, but I like the thinking behind your username.

So you're another one of those WOW addicts, eh? You might ask mr E_Nigma about that, as he seems to be obsessed with it too.

I'm glad you weren't on the northeastern coast of Australia ... that Larry made a bad mess of things, and I feel for the folks who have lost everything.

Once again, welcome to Gothic.net. I look forward to your contributions.

I have a beach house down in Aireys Inlet which is 30mins drive from Lorne and 2 hours from Melbourne.

Australia's nice but I can't wait to go to visit London again, most likely in July. The parentals have an apartment just out of London. XD
Anyone here been to London before? If not, I recommend going to Camden (London 'goth' capital!) and going on the Jack the Ripper tour, it's very informative and just a touch unnerving!

Wow, then you're pretty close to our other house which is in Point Roadknight. We go to the Airey's Pub a lot .

And I agree, Camden is excellent. I have a trip to London almost every year now thanks to my father's work being based there.

Haven't been to the pub for ages XP I'll have to go next time I'm down there.

Back to London, there's this one shop in Camden called Darkside that has the most beautiful clothing, must save up for when i go there.

Your username does, as far as I can tell, translate, literally, to "blood red rose." The only problem is, "blood-red" is a term that isn't often found in other languages, since "blood" isn't, technically, an adjective. Finding a translation that works would likely lead you to something unwieldly like "rosa con color de sangre" (that's Spanish, of course-- I don't speak much French) so it's all good.

Please excuse my criticism-- it's part of my nature. Welcome to Gothic.net-- I hope you enjoy your (hopefully lengthy) stay.

Huzzah! I go to Darkside nearly every time I go to London. I've only bought a few things though - converting British pounds to Aussie dollars is scary (even worse with Malaysian ringgits, which is what I'm paid in). You have to save up a few hundred AU$ just to buy a single item of clothing there, it's insane. Definitely worth it, though.
