Veggies
What should I do with Kale, Cilantro, Romaine, Parsley, Grapes, Carrots, and Grape Tomatoes?
This was all bought special for the bird and she's rejected it!

I'd get hummus and falafel and make a salad with the parsley, romaine and the grape tomatoes, and I suppose you could grate the carrot over it too. I'd make kale chips with the kale, don't know what to do with the cilantro, I think you can make tea out of it or just keep it around as a seasoning.

Whenever I have a bunch of stuff that I don't know what to use for I just chop it up and throw it together in a frittata, though I would leave out the grapes and add in some other veggies.

Oops, no more Romaine. Twas dinner tonight with some apple chunks, honey roasted chopped pecans and poppy seed dressing =)
How does one make Kale chips?
After some contemplation this afternoon it has been destined that the cilantro and parsley will have a few springs set aside to use fresh but will dry the rest.

Kale's alright steamed, not sure about raw . I sometimes nick some from the bag I buy for the rabbit and guinea pig, and take it to work in my microwave steambag with the other veg ^__^
