Thanks for the info! Hell, it doesn't even identify itself on a rollover. Weird. :P

Just wanted to add that, for a literary site, we might want to make this a priority please. Thank you Admin Gods.

As Morrigan-Dubh stated in one of the introduction threads, can't remember which one, sorry, we should have a new set of introduction questions.

That idea would hold more weight if the Art Thread wasn't buried in the General Section.

Maybe Gothic.net should set an Art Board, t'would be much more convenient.

That's what they're saying. But what art?

When I first suggested it, I was thinking pictures, drawings etc... But of course, that is just my opinion.

It would be great if the "What Are You Currently Listening To" and "What are You Wearing" threads were pinned/stickied.

I did not read through the 8 pages of wishes, and if it has been mentioned already...well, then I second it.
I'd love to see regional boards. It'd be great to have an easier way to connect with others in my own area.

ADMINS!!
We need another round of activity quick.
The calendar is still in december after almost two months.
But the most important thing is that new members cannot activate because email is down again.
HumanePain has not received any emails to subscribed threads since yesterday either. He tells me to tell you since he cannot access Gnet at work.

Thanks Godslayer, I just got home. In my personal email, I see the email for your post above, then a dozen in a row right after that, so it looks like they must have fixed it right after they saw your post! That has to be the quickest I ever saw them move.
Thanks Admin Gods!
(goes looking in Intro thread for new members who are activating...)
EDIT: Oops, the calendar is still broken...

Yeah, but in the good side: awesome swiftness of doom for the main problem!

Admin Gods:
Unless I am mistaken, the first word in the Gnet homepage paragraphs describing the "Links" and "Top List" forums should be "our" instead of "or". O_o
Thanks.

There is a problem with a script. When trying to create a new account under "links" the e-mail that is sent out does not have a validation URL included (At least it didn't for me.) Hence your e-mail is in limbo forever and you can't post a link. Frustration...
It would also be great if you could request a re-send of the validation e-mail so if one gets lost in the abyss of the spam folder then you can clear the folder and then get a new validation e-mail and go from there.
This is a re-post at suggestion from someone in the whining area. It started out as a whine and now look, it's a full fledged bug report. Yes, whiners, too, can have their day in the sun... night in the moon... whatever.
Edit:
Here is what you get for a validation e-mail:
Greetings,
To confirm the account that you just created at our link directory, please visit the

That's pretty odd. A number of people have been able to create accounts and add links just fine. We'll certainly look into it, but it has been tested by several people already. Weird. Thanks for the heads up though.
We just approved all three of the accounts you created.
