I'll admit he's better than most of the stuff they make in this day and age, but that still isn't saying much

I've seen this before in other message boards, and I've never cared if newbies introduce themselves or not. That is, as long as they don't go "Hello all, this is my very first post w0h00 I'm from Missouri and I'm fourteen and I like Invader Zim and blah blah blah"...Put it in your bio! *sigh*

Wink I Love Marilyn Manson

I love Marilyn Manson.. he is the best ever.... he is so perfect.. and so brutally honest about everything... i found this website.. its a bunch of his quotes http://www.angelfire.com/ns/Omega/Quotes.html they are so awesome... I deffinatly think he does to many covers, and he was a lot better when he was with "Marilyn Manson and The Spooky Kids" but I am still in love with him....

Manson, as a writer, i'm not so sure that he's anything special. I mean, he writes your sterotypical industrial/pop "damn the man" kind of music that is sweeping the airwaves.

But as an entertainer, he's fantastic. I enjoy his music, as it's catchy as hell. come on, admit it. it is! He's a lot of fun to watch. I also like a lot of his videos. they're Gothic eye candy.

As a political person, i like him to. He has a lot of smart ideas and things to say. He's not a very stupid person. he knows what he's doing.

So all in all, i like him, but not for the mass dribbling reasons most people do.

Haha, right, because Manson has a page on Angelfire. Just like Jenna Jamison, Elvis Presly, and Homer Simpson all have Myspace profiles.

I personally love Marilyn Manson. His lyrics just seem to speak to me, and I admire him for saying what he thinks and not giving a damn about peoples' reactions to it. I wish I could be so audacious, but, sadly, I'm not that brave.

My thoughts on Manson are very well incapsulated by an article I saw on the Onion about 4 years ago. It had him going door to door trying to personally offend everyone in America. In the end several people offered him cream corn and he went away. I think he would be easier to stomach if he didn't try so damn hard.

Talking

I have special memories of the Holywood album. The first time I listened to it was on a Greyhound on the way to visit my ex-fiance in Eau Claire, WI (this was when we were still together). I think the music was the only thing that kept me from freaking out at being packed in so tightly with so many people!

I like manson alright. He's pretty hot without all the makeup, but with it he ain't too bad either. Then again, whoever said I had any taste?
