The easiest way for normal suburban kids with really supportive parents and a decent school district to seem "weird" or "mentally unstable" is to pretend they can't be touched.

Besides, Ophelia... Why would he want the majority of the females on this site to not touch him? Well there's also the possibility he's a homosexual, which is quite alright.
I mean, it might just be me, but I'd be quite happy if Pyre, Ophelia, Honeythorn, Solumina, or various other females who browse this forum wanted to touch me. ;]
I think you'd be mad to make a rule for people to not touch you to be honest.

I have a friend like that-refuses to be touched. Like it physically creeps her out and she'll freak if you're near her or try to give her a hug, but when it's on HER terms it's cool if she touches you.
I can't imagine how any human could be so sickened by physical contact. Humans are social creatures, aren't they? I'm inclined to believe that she is faking it.
I guess I'm biased. I love physical contact-not in a sexual way (though that's always nice) but I touch people without thinking about it all the time and I certainly wouldn't mind if someone put their hand on my arm while they were talking to make a point or something. It just seems like the most ridiculous thing.
