Dreamer of the trainline of shadows

1. What do you do? (Hobbies, job) Student, but I enjoy reading, writing, drawing, roleplaying, and teching (for theatre)

2. Where are you from? Northern Virginia

3. Who is your favorite author? Mercedes Lackey

4. What are your favorite films? Not a movie fan, so much

5. What music do you want played at your wedding? Eh, dunno

6. At your funeral? Dunno

7. This IS a gothic website, so... how do you want to die? Dunno?

8. What kind of casket would you want? dunno

9. What's your FAVORITE outfit? Anything comfortable but attractive

10. What's one thing you miss about being a little kid? I don’t miss it

11. What's your favorite band? Dunno

12. What kind of education do you have? What is/was/will be your major? In highschool, aiming to major in two of these four: Psychology, tech theatre, creative writing, CS

13. Why did you join? Seriously? I saw some stuff in the whining forum that REALLY bugged me, and the way people constantly flame bugged me too. I thought I’d see if it was just people that were irritating (though that didn’t seem to be the case) or if there’s a need to lash out at anyone who is new, and somehow different.

14. If the first 13 questions didn't give it away. What is your gender? Androgynous mind, female body

I’m not exactly a goth, though I have friends that could be counted as such. I’ve always been interested in the idea, but I live at home with parents who would be very upset by the idea.

Welcome. I do wish you'd written little more about films and music because I can't really relate to anything you've written... but welcome anyway.

Honestly, my thing is theatre. Music is all from Broadway shows, and film tends to be based on Broadway shows. It's something of a lifestyle for me.

That's awesome. I've always loved broadway - it requires some actual talent. You have to be able to act and sing.

I hope you stick around.

Specifically which thread did you see that you didn't like?

Hello, it's only stupid people who don't read the rules of engagement that get flamed. You have followed the rules and you are fire free.
If your parents would be upset just explain to them what it is really about... if someone can come up with a straight answer.
So welcome!

It was one about suicide that bugged me... I've tried talking to my parents about this, but they're concerned with the image I'll present to others. Broadway does rock, but being able to tech is a good substitute for not performing well!

Thank you for the welcome. The name is based on the idea of a shadow trainline, but that can probably be gathered from the title of this thread.
