I am so far behind I don't know where to start, so I'll just catch you all up with the latest: my college buddies and I are going on a road trip to Chico to catch another school buddy and his cover band play Frank Zappa all night in a brew pub. Just taking time off from work is a luxury! Playlists ready for the 8 hour drive, interrupted by restaurants and 200 motels; it shall be grand.
Hope everyone is doing well. I had been swamped with work, because my counterpart in the UK had a heart attack at fucking 39 years of age, and although I feel sorry for his wife and two young children, there is now even more work for me to add to my already busy schedule.
But it's good to be needed.

HumanePain: It's good to hear from you again!
I am so sorry to hear about your English counterpart. My thoughts go out to his family.
Sounds like you are going to have a very cool road trip - I wish I could go on a road trip, too. But that requires money, and that requires a job. And to get one of those fancy things, perhaps an education wouldn't be the worst in the world!
I hope all is well for you in spite of your busy workload

Gee TR, didn't think you were such a toff. I've only got mugs. Cheap second hand coffee mugs. You know, the ones with a faded not-so-funny msg on the side, that you hope will blow up in the microwave, because you need some action/entertainment in your life...
So when are you booking your flight? Shall I arrange to pick you up at the airport on the 30th February?

I'm turning into one of those people who actually goes to the gym, I'm now going 5-6 times a week. How did this happen?

I have a chest infection and am coughing miserably. gross. I'm also hurrying up and trying to get through the rest of my homework before tomorrows class, I should probably stop pissing around and finish my break soon.
Also as much as my hand is hurting and as small as my flat is - I'm feeling pretty grateful for literacy, study opportunities and my flat. I'm feeling kind of grateful and lucky.
Now if only there were more jobs going.

You're on. OMG, we should, like, have a party or something, and it would be so super cool if we like invited a few more people. How about we make it start at 30 o'clock on the 30th Feb, that's like totally amazing. I'll dress in all pink, with a ton of frills.
Oh I miss my GF. She's beautiful and wonderful and lives way too far away, and I wish I lived closer. She makes me laugh and cry at the same time, and I love her to pieces.. Sigh.

I am going to invent 6 more hours and another two days just to see you dress in all pink.

Oh it isn't that, it's that I can't say no to Jodi. She has a really weird and constantly changing schedule so I'm one of the only people who can regularly go with her and I don't want to make her go alone. On top of that she is pretty much the only friend I've made out here who is just my friend, not Jake's.

I wish I had a friend like that who'd make me go regularly - unfortunately, most of my friends either live far away or are lazy as a sloth :P And I don't want to go to the gym alone.

I don't understand why some fanatic vegetarians think it's ok to keep harassing people who eat meat.
I don't harass them because they don't, yet at times I have some random vegetarian fanatic telling me that meat is murder and/or that meat is bad for me, and we should all just stop eating meat.
Please, for the love of a goat, eat whatever you want. I don't mind at all - but at least have the decency to show me the same courtesy. Stop telling me what to eat, when to eat it and why - if I want to eat meat, I am going to eat meat! -.-
Luckily, this is only the case for a few individuals. I just needed to vent a little bit about this.

Poor Timeless. Persecuted for being a man, then for the meat in his diet. I will shed a tear for you on this day.

I shouldn't have been surprised to see that resurface.

I see it obviously :P
But to me, these people are just as annoying as religious preachers. Don't get me wrong, I don't have anything against vegetarians at all - that would be a bit arrogant of me, wouldn't it?
Side-note: I rant a lot. If I had the energy or interest, I think I would have been a great politician

Yeah. Those vegetarians are so pushy. It's like everywhere I go there's a vegetarian there to ask me stupid hypotheticals or to deconstruct my decision like it personally offends them. And even when I go to chill with my vegetarian friends, they always act like I'm such a burden. Why can't they just respect my decision and not look at me like I have a dick on my forehead.

I forgot, preachers are much more common in the US. They are actually fairly uncommon where I live - I haven't seen more than a handful in my life

Anyway, I didn't mean to offend anyone (.. I say that a lot, don't I?)
Now, I shall be off to karate to burn some energy and punch some air!

OHh are you going to shift the Earth's axis? or just proclaim there's more hours in the day?
Aw, it seems that Versus has it in for you now... you know the rest of the world should conform with the US of A in everything, because the US of A has such a low tolerance for any differences in society outside it's own.
(now, that should get a few knickers in a twist) :-D
They showed the big gun show in America on tv the other day. One old guy out the front said that he'd empty his gun of bullets if anyone tried to take the gun away from him.
Oh dear....

I am God, didn't I tell you? I am just going to declare it, and it is going to be so - kinda like when I made pizza.

I don't understand why humans didn't develop a third arm. That would be insanely useful!
I could:
- Hold my drink AND applaud the band at concerts.
- Hold my future child in my arms AND hold onto groceries or various other things
- Hold an item I am painting stably in my hands AND paint it at the same time
The possibilities of a third arm are endless.
