I can confirm (based on seeing Amunet get her signature privileges) that you'll get the option to edit your signature once your post counter hits 200.

Saying bollocks without a British accent is a little lame, but it's still pretty funny if you ham it up. I say it all the time.

It only took me a couple of months... annnnd, that's with me only being on here throughout the work days, sporadically from mon-fri 8-5pm....

So you'll have the weekends too, it'll be there in no time =)

And you'd probably be better off asking the hair stylists/makeup artists/designers/stylists/photographers/agents that I worked with when I was modeling for pointers at looking great...I was just the canvas really.
