I have those, and I love them. However, out of curiosity, is there any way to shorten the platforms down? The heels are just under five inches. Any ideas?

Platforms can never be too big!! They look fab!
I guess if you REALLYYYY want to shorten them though, you could ask a cobbler.

Take them to a shoe repair store, they should be able to take care of the problem and it should be fairly inexpensive.

amazing boots i have to say you have a great taste in shoes.
i agree with soulmina and konankaratie get them to a shoe repaire store
or just sandpaper them down and varnish over the top of the sandpaperd bits
yeah i get that problom too ,although in reverse; there are very few size 3 high heeled boots out there

Well, I think they're fabulous the way they are. But do take them to a cobbler if you really need a decrease in height.

Ok, seperate topic, same shoes. Anyone know how to really stretch the toe area? I have those wooden stretchers, and they're alright, but I was wondering if anyone has alternate ideas.

I highly doubt they can be stretched at all. There is a spray you can buy to spray on leather that makes it stretch better. Also, a cobbler can stretch the toes for about $3.00. I have to do this to most of my shoes. BUT, I don't think pleather or man-made shiney vinyl can be stretched at all...I think only genuine leather can be.
