As for those who hate on it, well... it's a two way street. I can't POSSIBLY understand why they don't want to be creative with their fashion. Also those who are very anti-fashion as a means of jockeying for some sort of moral and deep high ground. If you can't see the beauty and art in fashion, then maybe you're not as dynamic as you think you are.

I understand what you mean KontanKarite. But I just think these people FAIL to open up their minds, or else they're too pigheaded to do so. I think that the truly enlightened ones will embrace art and fashion and alternative tastes with no qualms at all. The rest are stupid plebs.

They're not stupid, they're just not capable of understanding where you're coming from. Some people choose to take the road less traveled and some are more naturally inclined to go with the flow and whatever's easiest.

If you think about it, all those kids you're talking about are far more tortured than you give them and yourself credit for. They FEEL and THINK they have to do shit that they may not like, just to be considered normal and acceptable.

So when you're sporting your cyber aesthetic, you inadvertently strike nerves with them because they CAN'T find the courage to be like you. They shouldn't be hated or considered less than you. If anything, maybe you should pity them and treat them with compassion.

When was the last time you've heard someone saying "I can assure you ....." and then carry out that assurance? It is almost always just left at that.
