Healthy food
I love cooking, but i live in a culture where no one gives a Damn about their health untill something happens... All they love to eat is rice and meat, which is too much...

So, i was wondering if you guys had any idea how to prepare tasty yet healthy food, but without alcohol added

I know that i can read cookery books, but, the way they're written is like it doesn't talk to humans... I just get confused when i read them...

I made a thread called "Cookery" a while back in General and people posted some awesome recipes in there for home-made soup, chilli and stuff like that. You might want to dig it out and take a look, there were some good ones.

There's a famous "Tom Yam Kung" from my country
with lots of vegetable,yet DAMN tasty
