I can only speak on my own behalf here, but I don't feel like pulling out an expensive camera and setting it up on a tripod and going through all of the bullshit involved with importing and cropping it just to end up essentially with a snapshot of my mug. With webcams, it takes maybe 10 seconds at tops to do essentially the same thing with a slightly grainer result.

And because it takes hardly any time to grab a snapshot with those, we get to see updated pictures from E_E and EPS all the time, which is awesome. I'd rather have hundreds of grainy webcam pics from those two than just one or two full resolution pictures every once in a while. But that's just me. :P

How are things back home in Baton? I heard there has been a large amount of 'incidents', with all of the new people hanging around..

I feel like such a dick, I have been volunteering on the phone since right after this all started. And the last few days I can barely even glance over the the updates, let alone make more phone calls. And I dread answering the phone when it rings, because I just cant handle anymore bad news..
