This is an english speaking forum - we don't have to excuse him because he can't speak english... frankly he should go use a forum where he can express himself without looking like a retard.
It's not our problem, but his. Nowhere in the rules when we signed up did it say "excuse foreigners who can't speak english - support them as though you are part of some governmental scheme to improve the english of migrant workers".
