Q) How did the elephant get into the Volkswagon Beetle?

.

.

.

.

.

.

A) Well, this guy took an axe and chopped the elephant up into little bits. Then he chopped the bits into smaller bits. Then he scooped it all up, dumped some in the front seat, some in the back seat, shoveled most of the remainder into the trunk and slid the last little bits on top of the engine under the hood!

Didn't I say I welcomed you? I thought I said...oh, but I DID?!

Your bouts of selective observation astounds me.

I gotta run to the Post Office. They're having a midnight sale on ... postcards. Yeah, that sounds good.

I am running to the Post Office. Fuckers gave me final notice that if I don't pick up the package they're holding for my by tomorrow, they will send it back. I got this final notice today, and it's the first I've heard about this package. So I've filled the card out asking for delivery to an alternate address, and I'm dropping it into their night slot. We'll see if that works. Be back shortly! Wheeeeeeeeeee!

From www.tv.com:

The show involves four lunatic students who live in a flat. There was Rik, the OTT political activist one, Vyvian who was always the experimental scientific punk rocker, Neil, the worried hippy, and Mike, the ladies man. Each episode usually featured a performance by a band. Most episodes run near 35 min. Several scenes were censored from the MTV airings in the mid-1980s.

A reveiw: One of the more refreshing, original, alternative comedies of the 80's, with bucket loads of bum gags, musical interludes, and crazy fights courtesy of Rik Mayall and Adrian Edmondson. Although it ran for only two series, it still packs a punch today!

another review: this show is one of the most consistently funny programs ever to air. Like much British humor, it's still just as funny today as it was years ago. The Young Ones is about four disgusting college guys who find themselves surrounded the most fantastic situations: a missile in the living room, Motorhead in the bathroom, a talking nasty toilet that fights back.

Look for Hugh Laurie as Lord Monty, Robbie Coltrane, Emma Thompson, Dawn French, Jennifer Saunders and more before they were household names.

One of my favorite moments - the boys are bored (as usual) and are playing Monopoly. Vyvian draws a chance card and reads it: "You have won second prize in a beauty contest. Smash Rick over the head with the bank!" ... and he proceeds to smash Rick over the head with the bank, effectively ending the game!

Okay I'm fucking worried as hell now, where are Tenet and EPS?? If someone knows something we don't, spill it....

I'm going to keep trying EPS but I seriously worry about Tenet too. Gah, the helpless nature of the fucking net...

Sanctus, there's an expression, "Hurry up and wait." I think it originated in the military. Sometimes, you just have to hurry up and wait.

Yep. Things come up. I bet Tenet pops on in the next 12 hours!

I gotta go to bed. Tomorrow is casual day at my new job, but since the President of the region is coming to visit us, I gotta wear a shirt and tie. Some casual day ... sheesh! And I need to go to sleep now because I don't have a tie that goes with bags under the eyes. *phhhhttttttt*

Hugh Laurie!! Anyone watch House? He's SOOO, soooo good in that show, besides his character being awesome...
And Robbie Coltrane was Hagrid. And he also played in this british comedy movie called "Nuns on the Run." So funny. I recommend.

mmm... Hope Tenet and EPS come back...
