Quick question

I need the answer in like ten minutes.
Anyone knows how much yeast a gallon of beer needs? And I want a volume measure, like a cup or a deciliter, not a measure in millions of cells.
If no one knows, that's ok, but still, miaw!

I'm fairly sure that depends on the type of beer you're making

That does help sort of. I need .7 packs, but the thing is my yeast didn't come in what you'd call a 'pack' as there were different sizes. In mexico we measure it by volume rather than with a standard size so that's why I need a way to know an equivalence. So basically right now I need to know how much yeast is a pack of yeast and I'm set.

EDIT: Nevermind, I found it. Thanks people. I'll say later whether it tasted good or not.

Dry yeast should have a gram measurement on it and 1 gram of yeast is about 1/4 teaspoon

Ok, so then you will need about 8.4/10 of a teaspoon, if that makes sense lol.

Edit: Good thing you found it.
