I have an ok metabolism, but I like where I'm at. I used to be 290 pounds about 3 years ago. But do to my job and eating healthier, I'm now at 180 pounds, which feels good to me. I look up my BMI and I'm still a litle overweight (I'm 6 foot even) I feel great about myself in that aspect. Most of my mass is in my upper body as well, I have very broad shoulders.

Whoa, do you need to gain 135 pounds or do you need to be 135 pounds?
I still strongly suggest an online food diary, since its easier to remember and a lot quicker, you can even set an alarm on your cell to remind you at the end of each day to do it. If you get full really fast, try not to have big meals but more little meals throughout the day. Its easier on the belly that way anyway.

I'm knackerd. 90 mins swimming ( 25 m lengths) now done. I need a hot bath to relax my achy arms and legs!
Still I've done an extra half hour and have aerobics tomorrow ( that's going to hurt! ) so I'm feeling pretty good ^__^

I tried outrunning the sunrise this morning on the motorway in my dads Xantia Activa 2.0L Turbo. Needless to say it didn't work, but it was well fun.
