I did misread that, thanks for pointing that out. I am a freshman, though I should be a sophomore. I've shown some of my stories and poems to some teachers around the school and the say my literary capability is better the some of the seniors, so they made me happy.

A fellow native Texan eh? We have quite a few on the site actually.

I was born in Houston, and lived all over the state til I fled Texas for the beautiful Pacific Northwest a couple of years ago.

Where is Dilley?

Oh and Welcome to Gnet. Please fasten your seatbelt.

Texas seems to have an amazing bunch of creativity coming out of it in recent years... a certain online comic strip worthy of Shill is based out of there!

Hey, Lost_Eclipse! Welcome fellow Texan! (although, it's true, I'm a transplanted cheesehead)

If the quality of your posts always matches this, you will be a welcome addition, indeed! It's good to have you here.

Heh. I saw a shirt at a convention I went to this weekend that read:

"I'd be a goth, but I can't afford to shop at Hot Topic."

(Just for the record, I don't consider Hot Topic in any way, shape, or form, a prerequisite for "gothness")

Born in a hospital in Houston, Texas. Raised in The Woodlands ("planned community" to the north), with a year in Argentina wedged into the middle.

I was born in Herman Hospital.

And I still have friends in the Woodlands, one of the few funk free areas surrounding Houston..
