Hey,

I'm new to this board (obviously). I'm 25 and from Canada. I like the Industrial/PowerNoise/EBM/TBM genres, but also listen to some post-punk and new wave stuff. Comes along with having an old school goth boy for a boyfriend.

Anyways, the main reason for signing up is because I'm looking for someone who is familiar with the Houston area. I'm looking for shops that have a good selection of boots. Preferably New Rocks.

As for profession, I'm a Technical Information Systems Analyst and support global drilling applications. Not too exciting but pays well.

Thats pretty much it. Hope this will suffice as an introduction.

Oh and I have 2 cats. They are cute

* I'm a TIS Analyst for an Oil Company. In otherwords, I'm a computer nerd. I also collect coins.

* Calgary, Canada

* Bret Easton Ellis

* American Psycho, American History X, others I cant think of righ now.

* I don't plan on getting married.

* Something that I composed

* Sounds more Emo than Goth. If I were to die, I'd probably overdose

* An elaborate steel one with intricate design.

9. What's your FAVORITE outfit?

* I'm partial to PVC or anything with straps and buckles complimented with a pair of big stompy boots

10. What's one thing you miss about being a little kid?

* Not having to stress about the real world

11. What's your favorite band?

* I don't have a favorite band. My favorite genres are Industrial/EBM/PowerNoise/TBM/Synth-Pop/Future-pop

* I'm certified in computer administration

13. Why did you join?

* To find someone who knows where to find New Rocks in Houston, as I am going there on a business trip.

When you say EBM, do you mean old school, like Nitzer Ebb and Insekt, or new school, like And One or Grendel?
