If it's a joke, can you explain to me exactly how it's funny? You are just making things up to complain about. That's really not funny.
The banner exchanges we participate in to help circulate exposure to as many sites as we can tend to have rules about nudity, and although I don't like every single site being exposed, on the whole, I think they are a good thing.
However, those banner exchanges run really low on the page, so there is very little chance that any sort of employer so lazy that they let you spend your work time on this site, yet so uptight that they might fire you for a link appearing on your screen that might lead to something connected to something adult, is likely to accidently see anything like what you described while looking over your shoulder on the job.
