Granted.
Your schoolwork drops to near zero(did I mention mine was there? :P) but you get low grades, flunk out at every exam and end up cleaning stinking public toilets until one day, you somehow get your head stuck in a filled one and drown.

(Really, I can't think of any other downsides to being a vampire.)
