Music Finally, an entire forum devoted to talking about Doktor Avalanche, the drum machine for the Sisters of Mercy. You can talk about other bands, or other members of that band, too, if you want to be UNCOOL. |

Sex Gang Children's "Song and Legend". I heard it was out of print. Does anyone know if this is true or not?

EDIT: The title of the album was Infinity; "Insanity is Contagious" was merely one of the songs on said album.

I haven't bought a CD in a long time...I think the last one I got was Bauhaus' "In the Flat Field." My grandma gave it to me for Christmas last year.

I recently got "Song and Legend" by the Sex Gang Children.
Best early goth album EVER. Don't listen to anyone if they tell you different. Hahaha.

"RIOT!" by Paramore. Not goth, I know, but hey, you asked what I last bought, and that was it.

Yesterday, I picked up Burning From The Inside by Bauhaus and Grinderman's (Nick Cave's new band) debut self-titled CD.

I just visited the Strobelight Records website and figured it was about time I supported a few of my favourite bands (and checked out some new ones)...
100 euros (*chokes*) bought be the following:
First Dinner by Eat Your Make-up, Joy Disaster's self-titled, Decadence Revolution by Deadchovsky, La Parata Del Circo EP by Bohemien, Unholy Burial by Voodoo Church, Alarm!!! by Miguel and the Living Dead, Fallen and Forgotten by All Gone Dead, and Saturnian Rings by DoppelgangeR.
They'll arrive in about two weeks.
I totally did not go overboard.

Last CD I bought was The Black Halo by Kamelot.
I don't think that they have any good bands here in Canada. -.-
If only they did.

Start with Christian Death - "Only Theatre of Pain" if you can find it.
For me, it's Weedeater - "God Luck and Good Speed"

Well, the remastered versions of The Sisters Of Mercy's records. So the last albums would be: First And Last And Always, Floodland and Vision Thing by already said band.
(yeah, I already own the other records but not the remastered versions...)
