Yes, I'm a sheep because I am well aware of the law and how no matter what you personally feel is right or wrong to do against someone else, it is the law that ultimately decides for you.
Since I'm a sheep... Duane, buy me a horse and I'll be your indentured servant. =P

Yeah, let's leave her along. She's still stressing over the fact that it is a certainty that she'll do time for for kicking a poor chicks' ass, as opposed to walking away, therefore being the bigger person.

Much like a cat is with a mouse knowing only two movements, I am, too, bored with you. You're a two tricky pony, and we're not impressed. This thread needs to die. The horse is dead, you broke the beating stick. Let it rest.

That has to be one of the most ridiculous things I've read all night. She said a few things you didn't like and you battered her. You kicked her in the flange for fucks sake, and while she was down and not able to defend herself. All that because of a few petty words you didn't like the sound of. In the eyes of the law what you did to her WAS Assault, and you CAN be charged for it. What your opinion of how you reacted is, makes no difference. You are not a law unto yourself, and you behaved ridiculously,
She has the physical evidence of your assault, and if there were others around, she has witnesses. You deserve to be charged because your actions were over the top and unnesecary . You could have simply said a few harsh words in return and walked away. If she didn't physically try to attack you, you had nothing to defend yourself from.
Seriously I hope she presses charges. You're a fucking bully.

Stop speaking for everyone, HP. A predilection for violence is no indicator for intelligence level. Emotions are one thing. Intellect is another.

And ^^ is so fucking messed up that I cannot think straihgt. Since when is the law an indicator for right and wrong and not just a feeble attempt at perceived justice- which also has nothing to do with right and wrong?

Yes, it is. Being on the ground does not even remotely mean that they are not a threat.

Let me highlight a key part there:
and pose absolutely not danger to you.
I'm pretty sure that means they are not a threat to you.
Thank you, come again.

I didn't come the first time. Sorry you couldn't tell.
It was a reading difference- I see one gross statement, you see two individual clauses (Cross eyed at Christmas?)

This seems to be vexing you quite a bit. Please, enlighten us as to when exactly it's justified to beat the crap out of someone.

She did not say that it was right to beat the crap out of someone. In fact, that sentence had nothing to do with Uni's situation. She was stating that the law does not necessarily go with right and wrong, but rather at what is fair. I don't think that was related to this scenario at all, just the government in general.

Yeah...and before that she was just trying to say that not all situations are the same and getting in a physical fight isn't always the wrong thing to do, but that Uni was wrong for this.

Uni was right about that bit at least.
BaaBaaaBaaaa
Anyway.
Yes.
What many have said is right.
Not all situations are the same.
In mine I was already crying about something and this guy had just come up and started harassing me. I didn't kick him in the groin, but I hit him once when about my way. He got the message.

Yeah. What they said.
And frankly, there are some things said vocally that are so heinous that th eonly response is visceral and physical because no language in the world could formulate a proper enough response that anyone could understand.

2 Questions:
1. Exactly what was this girl saying to you, and for how long? [I. E., how long had she been teasing you?]
2. What exactly, if I may be so bold to ask, was your punishment from your parents?

Uni: Also, truly intelligent people...like, say, Einstein, Plato, and Stephen Hawking....don't/didn't need to go on and on about their intelligence; they simply used it to make the world better.
If you are smart, then you would have known better than to react like you did. :/
Are fights common in your school?
