HIM is shit. I do admit that I own their "Lovesongs 666" cd, and listen to it regularly. In my defence, this only happens when I force myself to clean my room - I tell myself that that cd will be on repeat until everything is spotless. Somehow, that seems to speed up the process...  (but, oh, the pain...!)

Him is another one of those bands that I never really liked. There are one or two songs I liked. The thing about them is that all of their work sounds almost exactly the same. It sounds like they made up 5 riffs and said "Right, now let's go and make a few albums containing only these riffs to make a large profit.". Some one or other on the boards ( can't remember who now ) said that the lyrics are abominable and are almost entirely made up of the words "love" and "death", which is true, It is basically what h.i.m do...

HIM isn't all that bad. Like AFI and the 69 Eyes, they're on the more tolerable end of the mallgoth spectrum.

Eh, HIM isn't the worst thing out there. The worst thing they have against 'em is that they sound a bit too poppy for my taste.
The lead singer -is- a -very- attractive male IMHO, but yeah...he -does- need to keep his clothes on. XD
