I don't think Princess Di is really much of a role model. All she did was marry Prince Charles, and all her charity work was devised for her by a crack team of image specialists. She was simply trying to make the british monarchy look bad because she was heart broken... not really that admirable.

couldn't the plastic bitch have just gotten over it like everyone else?

It's funny that the British sneer at Americans for 9/11 for their hysteria, saying shit like "oh we would never be like that here, we're too sophisticated etc"... but you only have to go back to 1997 to see the British acting just as retarded and hyped by the media with regards Dianna's death.

It's all media junk. Goebbels would be proud of it.

Are you fucking kidding us?
There's people like Huey P and Jesus Christ, and your inspiration is fucking Manson!
You must be either very stupid or very empty.

That doesn't mean their styles don't suck.

Role model: Don't have one, never did have one

Style: For the most part, I get a lot of ideas from the Underworld movies and the like, and Cristina Scabbia. Of course that's not just it- I'll wear whatever strikes my fancy, whatever best matches my mood at the moment. I like to add my personal twist; screw sticking to a single look.

Off the top of my head, the person whose ideas just clicked with me when I heard them was Bill Hicks. He was a total fascist about what's okay and what's garbage. I've never really heard anyone else quite so unashamed of that view. It was an eye-opener.

Yeah, he's probably number one. There are others, but he's the guy who 's stuck.

I don't think that I have a general role model. Musically, though I do.

Bass geeter role models: Daniel Ribiat of Cinema Strange, Mike Roche of T.S.O.L., Dave Roberts of the Sex Gang Children, and Grant Matthews of Rudimentary Peni.

Style: Uh, I guess the same people? A mix of old school goth and punk.

My role models for painting are Giovanni Bellini and William Bouguereau. And Waterhouse and Alma-Tadema and Edmund Blair Leighton... and Rossetti, and William Holman Hunt and... and... lots of other people. Gah!

Believe me, it's your problem, and a big one, if the only source of inspiration for your empty life is a guy who's only accomplishment is dressing like shit and making a buck out of it.

well... thats why he does it. To make money. Some of the stuff he does must be amusing and fun - and he makes money. So he is successful at what he does whether you like it or not, right?

I have never met anyone who has not had malicious intent towards me and so I have no role models. I refuse to have a role model who I've never judged the character of myself.
