My thoughts were similar, but a bit different still:
This happens a lot in 80's horror flicks, usually in the beginning. Two teenagers, both hopeful, both beautiful/handsome, both making out in the middle of nowhere like it's their last opportunity (dun dun dun!!!). They have either found their oh so "romantic" escape in a car, in the woods, in a car in the woods, or on a boat. Everything is fine and dandy until all the sudden goofy sounding thriller music lets the audience know that something is amiss. Finally the time comes along when a psychopath murderer, who has nothing in his mind but killing horny teenagers, charges upon the two and ends their lives!
(Que sound of buzzing chainsaw or the high pitched rip of a knife)
Sorry guys, I'm feeling really silly tonight.

Haha, I enjoy them too. I tend to go very MST3K on them, especially with friends.

The way that the villain always has his headquarters in the Alps or in some other inaccessible spot . Also, how the villain always uses some incredibly elaborate mechanism to do away with his foe, instead of just slashing his throat and getting it over and done with.

this is not movies but cartoons but it still relates, somebody gets really hurt, in real life it would take months or weeks to heal and in 5 minutes they walk on screen perfectly fine again.

The slang of the decade spews awkwardly from the mouth of the comical character in an effort to win over the masses viewing the film.

Thunder and lightning occurring at the same time in a storm.
If they even just had a second pause between lightning and thunder it'd be fine... but it's always magically together. D:

People are once again locked in a zombie building by the government, the electricity is not cut off from said building, yet no one turns on the light. No one..... they fall around each other in the dark and scream, as the zombie slowly catches up to them after two hours. Instead of fighting back and turning on the perfectly well working light, they die.

The most annoying cliche for me is the fact that the villain is actually misunderstood, he is smarter and more powerful that the hero which is lame. And still the villain loses every motherfucking time.

Yeah that is always bad.
Or as in King Arthur the recent movie, where they have Tristan fight the main bad guy, and he dies doing it when you know damn well he would have killed that guy.... but since he wasn't the main good guy he had to die. :|
What the fuck?
Or the fact no one shoots anyone in the head, several times... ever. Then act shocked when people hop back up and kill them.

A woman being pregnant with a demon-possessed or soon to be demon or devil-possessed baby. People running to hide in a closet, cupboard, or other small, dark space only to find that the creature, monster, or killer is right behind them. Cheap scares involving things jumping out suddenly.

The fact that no-one ever seems to have a budget set for the things they build in the films.

In historical movies, no matter what time era or what country they're in, the characters always speak with British accents.

One recurring cliche is the "Wilhelm Scream" an actual sound recording from some film in the 1950's which has made its way up though even classic films ever since.
Here is a Compilation of some of the scenes in various movies which you can hear this scream in:

The classic you think the bad guys dead but his hand moves a little ending, the only movie I've ever liked with an ending like that was the original halloween when they go back to look for michael and he's just disappeared

I love that scream. Me and my sister found out about it a while ago after we watched Indiana Jones right after watching Star Wars and noticed they both had a similar scream, a google search later and ever since I've been able to pin point it in a lot of movies.
