How to make friends.
This sounds sooo desperate and needy.
Basically I have a good few friends, but all of them i've been friends with since I was really young. I have never made any new friends really.
Please post your tips for making new friends.

Initiate conversation with topics like:
-fetishes, sex with crucifixes, etc
-animal abuse
-how everybody hates you/how messed up you are
If that doesn't work, you can fall back on the "fuck you, assholes" and hate lists.
Okay.. that's all out of the way, flaming and ridiculous arguments may commence.. NOW!

First of all it's Korinna. If you're such great friends, why don't you even know her name? Second, just because you know her AIM SN doesn't mean you're friends.

The Mag speaks truth, however, I must add that Uni has learned to control her reaction to criticism. In the past, a comment like Bela's would have evoked an explosion of vehemently corrosive replies. Uni's response in this thread demonstrates massive self control and discipline compared to a year ago. She has matured.

It's okay everybody me and Korinna are cool now. ILY baby. x
and thank you so much HumanePain. This is what I wish to demonstrate to everyone. I think though, attitudes are changing towards me as a whole. People are beginning to realise that being so nasty is just not acceptable. I hope that in time, attitudes will continue to change.

No, people are getting used to your presence, and giving up on getting rid of you. At least that's what's happening if G.Net's the same as it used to be.

Protip: don't talk about piss.
Protip: don't show them your numerous hate lists.
Protip: don't beat them down with your bag.

Humane, do mature people swing from the extremes of being pissy that everyone in the world isn't Catholic and then idiotically bragging about have rubbed a crucifix on her vajayay?

She isn't really what one would call mature but she has progressed quite a bit since she first got here, I believe that was the point HP was trying to make.

She can make friends. She just wont make them here. At least by those that matter.
As for making friends, it's kinda simple: Present yourself as friendly and NOT desperate.
It works for me.

Good advice. Too bad Uni's the proverbial swine to cast your pearls before.

Uni: There's a book that might be helpful to you. It helped me immensely in relating to people and getting to know them. It's called How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie. It's a little dated by now, but I have found most of the advice to be timeless. =)

Move to a new city, and start fresh. Leave the battery acid in lansing, and any other thing you could use to harm a person.

Most people like talking about themselves, ask leading questions.
You could also try joining things like societies or groups that do things your interested in.

I met all of my fellows at the balnea; there's no better place or time for socialising than when you're wallowing in your own dirt. Engage them with conversation that they are interested in. You are a woman, so you won't be able to talk about interesting things like the gladiator battles and so on, perhaps you could discuss the woes of social subservience, or how difficult it can be co-ordinating slaves? I'm sure that there would be many willing to lend an ear at the forum.

It depends entirely on what people you wish to associate with.
